"Past Tense" 2011

SpoFest is a spoken word event that happened on May 14, 2011 in Missouri. This first betaParty is merely to test the equipment, have some fun and be creative. The tracks we made were poetic verses from a more dark collection of works than the works that are to be read at the actual event. There is one exception and that is this track, "Past Tense." This was performed with an acoustic guitar that was played through a loop pedal. The lop pedal allows the player to play a short tune, then make that short riff repeat. The guitarist can then play a separate melody over the first.
